Began well before drifting back to third last away from rail in small field. Eased wider on straightening, entered last section 1.5L from lead, moved closer under no riding at 300m before dashing away in final furlong to win.
2着PRECIOUSSHIP　　C L Chau　　(XB)

Steadied after start & shifted back to last on rail. Continued near the rear on cornering, shifted wider entering last section when 3L from lead before finishing strongly in final furlong for fast finishing second.
3着SAVVY NINE　　M L Yeung　　(TT)

Lost a length at start before improving to race in midfield on rail. Travelled strongly between runners on cornering, held up momentarily soon after before closing strongly in final 250m to snare close up third on line.
4着GENERAL'S DELIGHT　　K Teetan　　(XB)

Raced third early before getting good position 1,1 after being crossed near 1000m. Eased three wide on cornering, moved up to share lead when asked for full effort at 300m before finishing off well to be length behind.
5着HELENE LEADINGSTAR　　J Moreira　　(XB/TT)

Steadied after start & shifted back to second last away from rail. Continued at the back, just over 3L from lead entering last section before passing a few tiring runners to midfield without threatening.

6着JOLLY BANNER　　M F Poon　　(B)

Raced on the rail before being crossed & racing on leaders back from the 900m. Ridden along on straightening before failing to improve in last section when weakening out to midfield. No threat.

7着NORTHERN SUPERSTAR　　C Schofield　　(B/TT)

Steadied to obtain cover after start but was left racing wide before improving around field to race outside leader from the 1000m. Continued outside the lead until peaking on run at 300m & giving 5L thereafter.
8着KINGS SHIELD　　K C Leung　　(CP)

Strode forward before crossing to the rail when leading near the 900m. Continued in lead until being joined & headed at the 300m & weakening out to last thereafter.
