Taken across behind runners, raced in 2nd last 8-9Ls off the pace, came out and driven inside 500M, finished fastest outside to go 2nd close home but never looked like catching the winner.

Given a waiting ride, settled well in a rearward position 7Ls back, stayed on for 3rd without threatening the winner.
