Broke well before settling in middle in 5th of the 9-horse field, some 4L off rounding home bend, quickened well to hit the front narrowly over 200 metres out only to be denied close home.

3着CIRCUIT STELLAR　　Y L Chung　　(H/TT)

Tracked the leaders in 3rd on the rail, baulked for a run in straight until the 250 metres, fought on under pressure to the nearest at finish. (Tactic questioned)

Crowded at start settling well behind, snuck up on the rail entering home straight, tight behind runners early on, obtained clear passage inside the 100 metres, fought on well late.

Settled behind midfield in 6th, baulked for a run early in straight for about 100 metres, produced good late impression inside final 150 metres.

Driven forward from moderate start to share the pace, travelled keenly pulling half a length ahead briefly onto home bend, narrowly headed into straight, had no more to give under pressure and swamped inside final 200 metres.
