1着FRESH AND FRESH　　A Suborics

Broke well and quickly into lead, dictated pace until challenged by eventual 2nd entering straight, headed over 300 metres out but fought back steadily to just get up on line.
2着JUST ACE　　K Teetan　　(B)

Jumped moderately, travelled 2-wide in 3rd just over 1L back, moved closer rounding home bend to eventually hit the front passing the 400 metres, unable to sustain effort and pipped at post.
3着MANIPULATION　　J Moreira　　(CP/TT)

Jumped fairly, settled just off the speed on rails in 2nd and then 3rd from the 1000 metres, switched out to challenge 300 metres, produced good late impression inside final 200 metres.
4着GREAT SPEED　　D Whyte　　(TT)

Jumped moderately, settled in 2.5L 4th early before tightened and dropped to 3L 5th approaching home bend, remained same on rails into straight, produced good late impression. (Questioned for disappointing performance)
5着HAPPY ROCKY　　H W Lai　　(B1)

Soon found itself in rear of small field, remained in last most of way, fought his way past one well-beaten runner close to home.
6着EXAGGERATION　　T Berry　　(H)

Began moderately, settled in 5th of six-horse field far side becoming 4th rounding home bend, one-paced in straight.
