Began well from a poor draw, soon taken back to race in rear and waited with, ran on strongly down outside of track to snatch victory near the line.

Began moderately, soon dropped to last few, obtained rails run at Rock, saved ground turning in hugging the rails, baulked for a run early in straight, finished off race well.

Always thereabouts on the rails, hit the front 400 M out, unable to sustain effort and swamped final few strides.

Settled in forward of midfield, well placed turning in, fought on steadily to hold some chance closing stages, failed to quicken to impress closing stages.
