Out nicely and eased off in search of cover. Sat 2-wide and within 3Ls of the pace through to the home straight. Caught leader at 100 M and won with some comfort.
2着ALL TIME HIGH　　M Chadwick　　(SW/XB/TT)

Ridden early. Took lead on fence 900 M out. Held a 1-1/2L advantage into home straight. Kept on well but was firmly put aside by the winner 100 M out.
3着LUFENG FORTUNE　　M Du Plessis　　(B)

Taken to race at midfield from a high draw. 3-wide and 4Ls away at 1000 M. Got closer and was 5-wide turning in. Gave plenty to snatch minor placing near the line but no hope with quinella pair.
4着MATSUKAZE　　H W Lai　　(B)

Quickly into stride. Taken to a handy position through to the home turn. Kept one-paced in the straight. Fought hard in a battle for minor placing and was just touched off near the line.
5着MY WAY　　B Prebble　　(B)

Checked to race at rear early stages. 5 to 6Ls down on fence rounding the bend. Produced some good effort in the straight and was nearest at finish.

Drifted back on fence after start. 7Ls behind the speed making the home turn. Taken very wide to make his challenge on straightening. Ran fairly well in the straight and peaked inside 50 M. (Mucopus.)

Raced at midfield early. Slipped to the rear section and was 6Ls back on turn. Swung wide turning into the straight and ran on fairly.

Slightly slow to jump but quickly recovered along rails to a prominent spot through to straightening. Unable to turn up a notch thereafter.

Raced 3-wide about 7Ls off the pace early stages. Forced to go widest rounding the bend. Made up minor ground in the straight.

Began well. Eased to sit 2-wide, 4 to 5Ls back at 1000 M. Urged to maintain position 800 M out. Blocked early in the straight but failed to quicken when clear.

Raced at midfield on fence, 4Ls behind the pace through to the home turn. Ran on steadily in the straight.
