Raced 2 deep with cover, midfield. Improved into a 3-wide trailing position after the 600 M. Hit the front near the 200 M and was never headed.
2着ROCKET AND GOLD　　B Prebble　　(SR)

From the outside barrier was taken back to settle in 2nd last position. Ran on well making up solid ground.
3着RED WINE HONEY　　G Mosse　　(B)

Settled back in the field, 1 off with cover. Shifted out to improve and raced 3-wide with cover after the 600 M. Closed off well.
4着ON SHAN BRAVE　　C W Wong　　(SR/V)

Camped outside the leader, however was overhauled near the furlong. Stuck to task gamely in the run to the wire.
5着KING'S COURT　　E Saint-Martin

Raced 1 out 1 back, had every chance.
6着MEGA BULLET　　M Du Plessis

Began awkwardly and lost ground settling on the fence near the rear of the field. Kept to the inside in the straight and made good ground before ending its run short of the line.
7着SOMETHING SPECIAL　　K T Yeung　　(SR/TT)

Raced near the tail of field 3-wide with cover. Came wide turning for home but failed to show any dash. (See Racing Incidents.)

Raced 3 back on the fence. Kept on one-paced in the final stages.

Travelled in last position. Made some late ground after working away from the rail but never threatened.

From a wide barrier was taken back to a position with cover, 3 deep behind midfield. Came 4-wide no cover after the 600 M, failed to run on.
11着AMAZING CHOICE　　O Doleuze　　(B)

Parked behind the leader along the rails. Gave in quickly after the 200 M.
13着REAL REJOICING　　H W Lai　　(B1/TT)

Raced midfield on the fence. Never likely.
14着VINTAGE GOLD　　M Nunes　　(B)

Took up front running duties and led at an even clip. Soon faded inside the 150 M.
