Raced on leaders back for the majority. Moved over heels on straightening, closed strongly to strike lead at the 50m mark & win by an extending half-length.
2着SAVAQUIN　　J Moreira

Drifted back & raced second last on rail. Stayed close to the rail on straightening, shifted outwards near 200m before closing off strongly between runners in final stages to move to narrow second in last few strides.
3着MONEY CATCHER　　K C Leung

A touch wide early before improving to race outside the leader for the majority. Continued a small margin from the lead all the way to line before over-run by first two in final few strides, close behind.
4着TELECOM FIGHTERS　　Z Purton

Pushed forward to lead. Continued to hold lead until over-run in final 50m, held on for 4th place & was only beaten about 1L.
5着LOOKING GREAT　　C L Chau　　(TT)

Raced third last away from the rail. Move closer to lead after 600m bend, only 2L from the lead entering the final section before weakening a length in late stages.
6着SUNNY STAR　　A Badel

Drifted back & raced at the tail. Entered last section 3.5L from the lead & pretty much held that deficit all the way to line when finishing off close to the rail late.
7着ENJOYING　　M Chadwick　　(B/TT)

Lost ground after shifting outwards at start before being ridden to improve position but was left racing three wide without cover in midfield throughout. Came under hard ridding 600m before weakening to last. (See report).
