1着MOMENTUM GALAXY　　K C Leung　　(B)

Out-sped at start but improved after first 100m to race in midfield on rail. Moved off rail on cornering, waited for run which cane at 275m before dashing through to strike final 75m. Soft on line.
2着FABULOUS EIGHT　　J Moreira　　(B1/TT)

Showed good early speed to lead. Continued in lead until passed by winner inside final 75m. Narrowly held second.

3着KA YING SPIRIT　　Z Purton　　(B)

Raced wide early before coming over to get lovely position 1,1 from the 650m. Closed off well in the straight despite hanging outwards & only just missed second. (Rider suspended, see report).
4着PARTY WARRIOR　　C Y Ho　　(H)

Steadied after not having the speed of horses drawn inside & raced three wide without cover when just worse than midfield. Wide on cornering before making steady ground to 4th in run to line.
5着NOIR RIDER　　A Badel　　(B)

Raced near speed in first furlong before drifting further back to midfield away from rail. Moved wider near 400m, wide on straightening, was finishing off steadily before being crowded & losing running in concluding stages.
6着REGENCY STAR　　H Bentley

Steadied from wide gate & settled second last throughout. Was a long way back approaching corner, began making good ground passing furlong mark before being hampered & not ridden out final 75m when closing well.

7着EUROMISSILE　　H N Wong　　(CP/XB/TT-)

Raced in midfield between runners before slightly further back after getting close to heels & racing keen before stumbling nearing 650m. Third last on cornering before finishing off only steadily, beaten just over 3L.

8着CHEVAL VALIANT　　C L Chau　　(XB/TT)

Strode forward to race near the speed before shifting across to race outside the leader from the 650m. Continued in second place on straightening before peaking at 175m & weakening out in last 100m.

9着SUPER COMMANDER　　B Shinn　　(TT)

Raced outside leader early before steadying & shifting to race on leaders back from 600m. Was close enough on straightening but weakened out in straight & was no threat.
10着SIMPLE DOCTRINE　　M F Poon　　(CP-/XB/B1)

Was the slowest to begin before racing worse than midfield on the rail throughout. Stayed along the rail on straightening when around 4L behind weakening out to be second last. No threat.

11着TRAVEL DATUK　　M Chadwick　　(B)

Was completely outpaced at the start & raced a long last throughout. Made no real improvement in straight & was well beaten.
