1着STRIKING MR C　　K C Leung　　(B/TT)

Pushed forward after start & raced outside leader. Moved up to assume lead on straightening, raced nearly 2L clear nearing 100m mark, held 1.5L advantage on line.
2着AMAZING KNIGHT　　M F Poon　　(P2)

Had nice run on leaders back throughout. Moved off the rail just prior to straightening, made continual steady ground in straight to move to second near the 150m mark, beaten 1.5L on line.
3着DEMONS ROCK　　H T Mo　　(B)

Drifted back after the start & was relegated to last after first furlong. Continued with only a couple behind on straightening before closing strongly in the final furlong when making many late lengths to third.
4着HAPPY TANGO　　A Badel　　(B)

Didn't begin fast but mustered speed to drive to the lead passing the 950m mark. Joined in the lead on straightening, passed in second near the 100m before tiring late.
5着FOREVER CITY　　C L Chau　　(H/TT)

Had no early speed before mustering slightly to race in midfield between runners. Lost some ground passing the 500m mark before passing a few rivals in concluding stages when effectively holding beaten margin on line.
6着BEAUTY CHEERS　　J Moreira　　(E/P1)

Ridden forward but caught 3 deep without cover outside leaders before steadying at 900m & racing just behind leading trio. Came under hard riding at 500m before weakening a few lengths to midfield. (Blood in trachea).
7着DOLLAR REWARD　　H N Wong　　(P2/TT)

Began well but was allowed to drift back to race 4 wide in midfield. Hard ridden when continuing wide passing the 500m mark, finished only evenly to midfield but was well beaten.
8着FORTUNE HAPPINESS　　C Y Ho　　(B)

Raced in midfield early before steadying after first furlong & settling worse than midfield. Continued rearward around bend, steadied & shifted over heels at 400m when about 6L from lead before holding margin to line.
9着DIVINE ERA　　K Teetan　　(XB-/H)

Slow to begin losing a length or two before improving slightly along the rail to midfield near the 800m. Moved closer to lead nearing corner, 4L behind entering last section before weakening poorly in the straight.
10着SURE WINNER　　K H Chan　　(B)

Hard ridden to race prominently after start but was caught 4 deep without cover outside leaders before shifting to 3 wide near the 700m. Drifted wider when coming under pressure near 400m & weakened very poorly in straight.

11着COBY OPPA　　T Piccone　　(CP/XB/TT)

Began awkwardly & lost ground & consequently raced near the tail throughout. Moved wider on the track near half-way, cornered very wide when 7L behind before weakening badly in straight, beaten over 20L. (Must trial).
12着GOOD LUCK CHARM　　M L Yeung　　(H)

Raced in midfield after the start before coming off the bit & giving ground near 800m. Became awkward near 700m & lost further ground & relegated to last soon after. Weakened very badly in straight. Long last. (Must trial).
