Driven forward from wide draw, crossed to lead 850M, kicked nicely clear top of straight, faded late and caught by winner close home.

Began only fairly, soon recovered to be tracking leaders, travelled keenly from 1000M, battled on over final 400M, not finishing pace of first 2 late stages.

Jumped on terms from draw 1, held up behind mid-division along the fence, couldn't accelerate enough on straightening, well held by leaders over final 200M.

Held up 3-wide behind midfield, hampered 850M and lost ground, brought to outside on straightening, stayed on without threatening.
