Bumped at start before improving to race just behind the leading pair. Eased 3 wide approaching corner when only 1.5L from lead before sprinting well to miss by a narrow margin on line.

Bumped at the start before holding position in midfield on rail. Moved away from the inside approaching the 400m when 3L from lead before making late ground when moving to third inside final 100m.

Showed dazzling early speed to come across from outside gate at the first bend. Continued in lead until being headed by winner soon after straightening before battling away late to hold forth, just under 3L behind.

Shifted back after the start & raced near the tail throughout. Continued along rail, 5.5L from the lead entering last section before finishing off evenly along the inside in the straight to midfield.

Steadied at start & shifted behind runners to race in second half along rail. Awkwardly placed near heels at 900m & again at 700m when pace slowed mid-race. Just over 4L behind on cornering & could only maintain that margin.
