Broke well from the one draw, taken back just off the pace over 800 metres out, tracked leader into straight, hit the front under pressure 150 metres out.

Moderate start, soon recovered to midfield, took closer order rounding home bend and snuck up to 3rd on rails turning in, sustained progress in straight to be nearest at finish.
3着A FAST ONE　　J Moreira　　(B)

Moderate start, soon recovered to join the leaders, hit the front at the 800 metres gaining rails run, kicked over 1.5L clear turning for home but unable to sustain effort and headed by the winner 150 metres out.

Broke well from a wide gate, settled just over 2L off the pace in 7th, lost position coming onto home bend, made modest headway under pressure in straight.

Began well, soon dropped to last few, ran on in straight to be nearest at finish.
