Raced worse than midfield 3-1/2L behind the leader, 2 wide with cover. Suited to the fast tempo, ran on well for 2nd.

Taken out on jumping, settled midfield 3L off, 2 wide with cover. Gradually improved, suited the fast face, finished off well for 3rd.

Pushed forward to take rail and led at fast sectionals by 1-1/4L. Eventually overtaken by winner when passing final 200M.
