Wasn't the best away but soon mustered to travel midfield, 1 off the fence with cover. Closed off with plenty of purpose to clinch victory close to the wire.
2着JOYFUL THE GREAT　　B Prebble　　(CP)

Enjoyed a nice run in the race stalking the leader on the fence. was nailed close to the line.
3着TOMODACHI　　C Y Lui　　(B-/XB/H2/P2)

Went forward and led on the rails. Maintained a solid gallop down the running, grudgingly gave ground late.
4着HAYHAY　　T Berry　　(SB/XB)

Parked 1 out 1 back. Kept grinding away right to the wire.
5着HAPPY CHAMPION　　H W Lai　　(TT)

Parked worse than midfield, on the paint with cover. Peeled out prior to the home turn and swung deep on straightening. Kept finding the line.
6着LONGWAH AMBER　　J Moreira

Had to be used in the early stages from a wide gate to eventually settle, 2nd 1 off no cover. Weakened over the latter stages.
7着YOU KNOW I WIN　　O Doleuze　　(TT)

Raced with the backmakers, 2-3 wide had cover. Checked at the 400m, kept on steadily to the wire.
8着FRIENDS OF YAN OI　　K Teetan　　(TT)

Settled close to midfield, on the rails with cover. Whacked away at the same peed in the run to the line.

Jumped on terms, then drifted back in the early & middle stages, travelling close to the rail, 3rd last with cover. One paced in the straight. (Reported lame the following day). (See Incident report.)

Traveled last, on the rails with cover. Only plodded to the line.

Eventually got in to travel 1 off after the 700m, settling worse than midfield, with cover. Did nothing in the straight.

Posted 3-4 deep without cover on the circle, settling at the rear. Failed to close off.
