Crowded at the start, settling behind midfield 1 off with cover. Shifted out deep on straightening and hit the line strongly over the final 100m.
2着COLUMBUS LINE　　O Doleuze　　(B/H/TT)

Led early on the fence before handing up passing the 800m, soon after shifted off the fence to travel 1 off in 2nd position. Looked the likely winner at the 200m, but was nailed near the 50m.
3着RAY OF GOLD　　G Mosse　　(H)

Parked close to midfield, 2 deep with cover. Kept on evenly, just couldn't find that bit extra late.
4着FLYING KEEPER　　A Suborics　　(B/TT)

Parked worse than midfield, on the rails with cover. Finished off satisfactorily.
5着KING ON EARTH　　H W Lai　　(SR)

Made its run from back in the field, 2 deep with cover. Closed off well.
6着SOLAR DRAGON　　W M Lai　　(B)

Worked to the line soundly after travelling on the fence with cover, midfield. Didn't have a lot of room over the latter stages.

Settled second 1 off before rolling forward and assumed the lead near the 800m. Crossed to the fence soon after, was still in the mix at the 100m but faded over the final 50m.

Raced with the backmakers, 3 deep with cover. Came widest in the stretch and made steady headway in the run to the line.

Began awkwardly, shifted out and lost considerable ground. Managed to tack onto the field in last position, on the rails. Made reasonable progress towards the inside in the home stretch.

Raced keenly in the early stages whilst stalking the leader on the fence. Commenced to give ground after the furlong.
