Restrained, taken to rail, waited. Off bridle for a few strides 700m, no clear run until 250m, motored home to win in last stride.
2着BUSINESS AS USUAL　　K C Leung　　(H)

Jumped well, enjoyed soft lead back stretch and turn. Kicked clear 400m, still strong 100m, just caught.
3着ALL YOU WISH　　D Whyte　　(TT)

Restrained early but trapped 3-wide. Rolled forward 1100m when pace slackened but held out by inside horse. Threw out challenge entering straight but unable close gap.
4着PENGLAI XIANZI　　M Chadwick　　(TT)

Began awkwardly, restrained to find cover, settling toward rear. Peeled wide entering straight and ran on steadily. Rider queried (See Racing Incidents).
5着NOBLE ALPHA　　O Doleuze　　(P)

Allowed to stride forward at own pace but difficult to settle approaching turn. No run early in straight, kept on steadily when clear.
6着FREE JUDGEMENT　　N Callan

Jumped only fairly and taken back to sit at rear away from rail. Last into straight before running past beaten horses.
7着PACKING OK　　N Pinna　　(H/TT)

Began well and soon in box seat before being shuffled back to 3rd turning for home. Found little in straight under hard riding.
8着LET ME HANDLE IT　　U Rispoli　　(V2)

Rolled forward, settling 4th early before being shuffled back when pace slacked. Stayed on rail entering straight, one-paced.
9着PERFECT CHEERS　　Z Purton　　(B/TT)

Began well, cut to rail but got close to heels and pulled out 1100m to go forward and sit behind leader at turn. Tired shortly after entering straight.
