Began well, rolled to front on settling, uncontested lead back stretch, kicked clear 400m, kept on well, just holding off late challenge.
2着PROLIFIC CHAMPION　　K C Leung　　(TT)

Quickly into stride, settling one-back, one-off into first turn and back stretch. Ran on strongly in straight to just fail.
3着ROYAL PARTNER　　Z Purton　　(B1/TT)

Jumped well, bumped 1100m before settling 2-back the fence. Pulled out 500m but shifted in 350m to get clear run. Finished off nicely.
4着IMPECCABLE　　C Y Lui　　(SW)

Jumped best but not pushed and content to take box seat behind leader. Kept on steadily in straight but unable close gap.
5着ALL FRIENDS　　M L Yeung

Jumped OK but got head up when awkwardly placed 1100m. Raced ungenerously 600m when close to heels. Turned 4-wide and kept on steadily.
6着METALLIC STAR　　K C Ng　　(H/TT)

Ridden forward but unable cut in and steadied when taken wider at 900m after which raced without cover. One paced final 400m.
7着HOLYANGELHOLY　　T Angland　　(P)

Taken back from wide draw to sit with back runners away from fence. Made some ground in straight under hard riding.
8着CHOK CHOK　　A Suborics

Began awkwardly then steadied 1100m. Cut in to fence back stretch, improved position final turn, one-paced final 400m.
9着GOLDEN CHOPSTICKS　　H W Lai

Taken back from wide draw and long last back stretch. Caught field entering straight, ran past tired horses final 100m.
10着NEWS SUPREME　　R Fourie

Crowded out at start, cut in to rail 5L from leader. Stayed on rail entering straight but found little when asked.
11着SHARP HUNTER　　C K Tong

Jumped OK but then raced ungenerously, shifting out abruptly several times. Was a spent force entering straight.
12着DIAMOND ELEGANCE　　O Doleuze　　(B/TT)

Shifted in start, recovered and settled behind midfield. Lost position turning for home, found nothing final 400m.
