Ridden along to lead along the paint. Set a true tempo and fought on well to finish in the frame.
3着JOYFUL YEARS　　H W Lai　　(B)

Handed up the lead early and camped behind front runner along the rail. Maintained a sound gallop right to the post.
4着SUPREME COMMANDER　　D Whyte　　(B)

Travelled near enough to 1-out-1-back. Peeled out turning for home, had every chance.
5着KINGSTON TEMPLE　　B Prebble　　(B)

Didn't enjoy the best of runs after receiving interference early, settling behind midfield, 2-deep with cover. Shifted out near the 500 M to improve 3-wide without cover. Looked some hope near the 200 M, but ended its run soon after.

Settled towards the rear, 1-off with cover. Got a trail after the 500 M, to improve 3-wide. Battled away one paced over the concluding stages.

Settled 3-back the fence. Struck some trouble in the straight and thereafter did not close off.
