Good early pace to race 2nd initially before box-seating 2Ls back in 3rd from 900 M to last turn, gave vain chase to the winner, comfortably held 2nd.

More prominent than usual in the one-out-one-back spot through first half, one-paced in the straight but did enough to place.
4着MULTI-WIN SPIRIT　　B Prebble　　(XB/TT)

Pressed forward, half a length back in 2nd out 2-wide at 900 M and still close-up off last bend, one-paced to wrap-up and missed a place. (Tactic questioned.)

Worse than midfield 4Ls or 5Ls from the pace through to last turn, ran on fairly through spent rivals in the straight to get 5th.
