Began moderately from a poor draw, prominent early, travelled one-out-one-back to straight, shifted out to challenge turning in, responded well to take charge 100 M out.
2着ROYAL PERICLES　　W M Lai　　(B/XB)

Began with others from the widest draw, came to dispute lead from approaching home bend, joint leader to over 100 M out, plugged on for 2nd.
3着HOLI RAVIOLI　　D Whyte

Broke well to lead, joined by ROYAL PERICLES (eventual 2nd) approaching home bend, shared pace to 100 M, unable to sustain effort close to home.
4着BEAR MACHO　　B Prebble

Began fairly, raced wide throughout, settled just worse than midfield, fought on well down centre of straight to be nearest at finish.
5着GREAT ACHIEVEMENT　　Z Purton　　(TT)

Began well from the one draw, settled on rails 3Ls off the pace in forward of midfield, ran home one-paced under pressure.
6着STREET CAT　　J Lloyd　　(TT)

Began fairly from a wide draw, raced wide without cover in midfield far side and around the bend, soon weakened after straightening.
