Tracked leaders handily in 4th, had to be urged along passing 600 M, picked up gradually on straightening and burst through inside final 100 M to score his 2nd success in the Griffin class with ease.
2着DASHING VICTORY　　S K Sit　　(XB1)

A little slow to begin, improved his position along the inside rail before making the home turn, quickened to hit front inside 300 M, kept on before weakening near 100 M.
3着REDOUTE STAR　　K L Chui　　(TT1)

Began awkwardly and lost ground, raced as the back marker in early stages, crept closer making the turn, made significant headway from 400 M to be closest on the line. Decent first up.
4着PENGLAI XIANZI　　M Chadwick　　(TT)

Average jump but soon moved to the front rank and vied for the lead, couldn't sprint with them when asked inside 300 M, ran on one-paced.
5着BE GRATEFUL　　Z Purton

Jumped well, prominent early but eased back to midfield before the turn, struggled to keep pace passing 500 M but stayed on ok towards the end.
6着BRIGHT TOUCH　　Y T Cheng

First to jump, took up early running but was soon pressed by a runner on his outside, kept on one-paced in the straight and got tired inside final 100 M.
7着NEW LEADER　　K C Leung

In a rearward position throughout, didn't handle the turn and could never pick up in the straight.
8着STILLYOUTURNMEON　　W M Lai

Showed signs of greeness in his debut, gave ground passing 600 M, never a factor. (Unacceptable Performance.)
