Began well but allowed to drift back, settling one-out, one-back. Switched 3-wide entering straight, pounced on leaders 300m, pulled clear for easy win.
2着SMART MAN　　D Whyte　　(H/XB/TT)

Jumped with field, not pushed, setting 3-back the rail. Closed in around turn, switched out in straight and finished strongly.
3着OUR FOLKS　　O Doleuze　　(H/TT)

Ridden to hold forward position from wide draw, settling behind leading pack but wide. Threw out challenge from 300m but no match for winner.
4着MARVEL TRIBE　　H W Lai　　(B)

Got away fairly, held and switched across behind horses from wide draw settling in last pair. Last on entering straight, switched out 350m and finished strongly.
5着TRUMP　　K C Leung　　(TT-)

Began well and quickly in box seat behind leader. Badly held up for run in straight but finished off nicely when clear from 200m.

Began fairly, raced in restricted space behind midfield but wide about 8L from leader. Covered extra ground turn, ran on fairly in straight.

Pressed forward to share early pace, racing three-wide without cover. Covered extra ground turn, still in contention 200m before weakening.

Began only fairly, then shifted across behind runners, unbalanced first turn and lost ground. Had inside run in straight but forced to check 100m. One-paced.

Taken across behind horses from wide draw and last on settling. Made up ground along rail to be 7L from leader turning for home, one-paced in straight when checked 100m.

Hard ridden along the rail to lead on settling. Set steady pace to 300m when collared. Weakened.

Pressed forward from inside draw to sit half a length outside leader to straight when weakened badly. Rider reported did not stretch out and not comfortable in action when put under pressure top of straight.

Began OK, outpaced, drifting back towards rear in a one-out position. Tailed off in straight. Never competitive.
