Taken back from the outside alley and parked at the tail of the field, 2 wide with cover. Came down the centre of the track with a blistering run to swoop over its rivals and grab victory close to the wire.
2着WISER　　T H So

Sluggish at the start then was ridden along to maintain touch with the field whilst settling at the rear along the paint. Motored home to grab 2nd in the shadows of the post.
3着SURFER BOY　　Y T Cheng　　(B)

Camped midfield, 3 wide with cover. Loomed up as a threat and was in front with 50m to go but was collard late.
4着LUCKY TURBO　　D Beadman　　(TT)

Showed good speed to settle 1 out 1 back. Kept on well.
5着LUCKY RED　　D Whyte

Enjoyed a nice run in the race after box seating. Hit the front near the 200m and looked likely but was overhauled inside the 100m.
6着TURIN CHAMPION　　T Clark　　(SR-/XB1)

Settled worse than midfield, 1 off with cover. Copped a check approaching the 100m whilst running on then was hampered over the final 100m and never really got a clear shot.
7着SUPERIOR WARRIOR　　M L Yeung　　(TT)

Hustled along early and camped just off the speed 3 wide with cover on the circle. Was a spent force over the concluding stages.
8着RIDE ON THE FIRE　　O Doleuze　　(P)

Began well and took its time to eventually fold across and travel outside the leader2-3 wide without cover. Faded over the final 100m.
9着LIFELINE ELITE　　B Doyle　　(TT)

A little slow to begin but soon gathered momentum and led along the fence. Was running on empty by the furlong.

Raced with the backmakers, 2 wide with cover. Plugged away in the home straight.

Travelled behind midfield the fence. Commenced to close off fairly but ran into traffic problems over the final 100m and because of this was not properly tested.
12着SEIZE THE DAY　　M Du Plessis　　(B)

Settled in a midfield position, 2 deep with cover. Kept to the inside in the straight but failed to run on.
