Broke well, gradually taken back to midfield before reaching far side, came under pressure to challenge after straightening, only produced moderate impression in the run to the line. (Tactic questioned.)

Settled in midfield on rails, briefly baulked turning into home straight, fought on steadily without threatening.

Settled in last few, commenced move rounding home bend, soon found a gap upon straightening, finished off race okay down the centre of the track.

Well there to 200 M, gradually weakened.
