Broke well from 7, travelled well in fifth, got first run on Fellowship as both quickened brilliantly, held on very gamely, great ride.
2着FELLOWSHIP　　Z Purton　　(TT)

Broke well from outside draw but didn't try to mix it early and 2Ls last, closed up back straight, last turning winner, found seam in straight, and charged, almost joining eventual winner on line, excellent effort.
3着SUNNY KING　　G Mosse　　(H)

Broke in line, close up on rail behind leaders, got split and went after front runner halfway up straight, completely outpaced by front two.
4着EGYPTIAN RA　　F Coetzee　　(TT)

Claimed lead after 300m, two lengths clear setting decent but not outrageous pace, quickened clear early in straight, finishers much too strong.

Unsurprisingly short of early pace, ran on quite well into fifth in straight, very respectable comeback run.

Broke well, dropped back to fourth, tried to make ground straight, not pace of main contenders.
