Urged to race amongst leaders after start. Eased to a prominent spot from approaching the Rock. Kept chasing the leader in the straight and was nicely on top near the finish.
2着PAR EXCELLENCE　　D Whyte　　(SR/TT)

Raced within 3Ls of the pace near the rail through to the home straight. Responded well and ran on strongly to snatch 2nd final strides.
3着BELONG TO CASA　　T H So

Soon in the front rank but trapped 4-wide. Shaken up and raced outside the leader passing 700 M. Led by 2Ls turning in. Held on until overhauled by the front pair closing stages.
4着THUNDER FLASH　　G Mosse　　(B/TT)

Pushed to hold lead on fence early. Shared lead 700 M out. Build a 2Ls gap turning into home. Couldn't sustain final furlong and just held 4th.
5着JUST RIGHT　　G Cheyne　　(SR)

In the leading section early. Settled one-out-one-back from 650 M. Made steady progress in the straight and just missed out on 4th.
6着TOUT VA BIEN　　K C Leung　　(P-/SW2)

Began well but trapped wide. Slotted into a 2-wide position at midfield near 800 M. Took inside run and was 4Ls down turning in. Unable to turn up a notch.
7着FIONN'S DRAGON　　B Doyle　　(TT1)

Raced 2-wide behind midfield through to the home turn and was 7Ls away into final stretch. Made up good ground late and was steadied closing stages.
8着BUSHWHACKER　　B Prebble　　(SW)

Travelled 3-wide behind midfield through to the home straight. Couldn't pull out extra under pressure.
9着FLY HIGH　　Y T Cheng　　(V)

Poor start, ridden to race 3-wide without cover at midfield through to the home straight. Peaked final furlong. (Dynamic pharyngeal collapse.)

Steadied after start and failed to muster. Over 10Ls behind the speed rounding the bend. Beat tired runners only.

Jumped awkwardly and raced greenly at rear throughout. Never a factor.

Towards rear early and middle stages. Struggled home.
