Behind midfield towards the outside of group, pushed along when outpaced halfway, switched to the far side and put in an incredible run to hit the front 100 M out. Won impressively.
2着ONE WORLD　　J Winks　　(XB/H/TT)

Along the stands' rail in a rearward position, picked up strongly inside 300 M to win the battle of the main group, but no match with the winner on the far side.
3着BRILLIANT CHAPTER　　B Prebble

Drawn towards the far side but soon crossed behind runners to race along the stands' rail, in rear throughout and had no clear run until passing 250 M, quickened strongly when clear.
4着TUSCAN SPIRIT　　D Whyte

In 5th never far off the pace, driven inside 450 M and briefly looked threatening, stayed on well but no chance with the winner.
5着SUN TROOPER　　M Chadwick　　(B)

Showed customary early speed to lead towards the Stands' rail, kept on well till weakening over the final 100 M.
6着INSPIRATION　　D Beadman　　(XB/TT)

Well covered in mid-division, shifted to centre of track 400 M out and challenged, plugged on under pressure but offered little threat to the principals.

Away awkwardly, in midfield along the Stands' rail, driven approaching 400 M but could only keep on at the one pace.
