Settled well in mid-division, switched to 3-wide 500M out, moved into top gear inside 200M and stayed on strongest to hit lead 50M.

Always prominent, moved up to one out one back from 1200M, kept grinding away under pressure in straight, hit lead briefly near 100M, not pace of winner final 50M.
3着MR BOND　　G Mosse

Held up in mid-division, not suited by the lack of pace and overraced from 900M, travelled wide from midway, chased winner from 300M but was always held.

Held up in 5th, raced a shade keen in middle stages and seemingly unsuited by the slow pace, kept on steadily final 300M.
