Parked on the back of the leaders 1 off with cover. Worked into the clear rounding the home turn and finished off well to win easily.
2着TOUT VA BIEN　　M Chadwick　　(SW)

Duelled for the lead in the 1 off line. Pinched a break early in the straight but was nabbed close to the winning post.
3着CHINA HERO　　B Prebble　　(B)

Knuckled over at the start then was beaten for speed settling midfield, 1 off with cover. Closed off soundly.
4着MAGIC KING　　K C Leung　　(B/XB)

From a wide gate managed to race just off the speed before settling 3 back, 2-wide with cover in a trailing position. Battled away one paced in the final stages.
5着FLY HIGH　　J Winks　　(V)

Not the best away and after receiving at bump the start settled behind midfield 2-wide with cover. Never really threatened.
6着QUANTUM EXPRESS　　M Du Plessis　　(TT1)

Took advantage of gate 1 to spear through and race as joint leader along the paint. Faded inside the furlong.
7着SUGAR ON TOP　　W M Lai　　(B)

Raced with the backmakers, 1 off with cover. Commenced to close the race off however had some difficulty obtaining clear running and was not fully tested.
8着GALACTIC TACTIC　　C W Wong

Settled back in the field along the rails. Whacked away at the same pace in the final stretch.
9着JUST RIGHT　　C K Tong　　(SR)

Worked hard early to be amongst the leaders before dropping into a position 3 back, 3-wide with cover near the 600 M. Came wide in the straight but only paddled to the line.
10着SPICY FRUITY　　S K Sit　　(B)

Wasn't the best to begin and took up last position. Never a factor.
11着MEGABUCKS　　B Doyle

Ridden along to go forward and raced behind the principals. Coursed 2 to 3-wide without cover and gave in quickly over the final stages.
12着TRANSCENDENCE　　Y T Cheng

Slow into stride settling midfield the fence. Struggled in the run home.
