Made all and hung on well to win by a short head.
2着GOOD HONG KONG　　D Whyte　　(TT)

Settled worse than midfield about 6Ls behind the leader 2 wide, swung wide turning in, finished off strongly however shifted in and proved difficult to ride inside 200, just missed by a short head.
3着RISING POWER　　O Doleuze　　(B/TT)

Camped handy, settled 3.5Ls behind the leader on the fence, progressed steadily for 3rd.
4着BRAVE BROTHER　　B Prebble　　(B/TT1)

Raced midfield, travelled 5Ls off the pace on the fence, 600M checked, ran on well however was unable to be tested when held up inside 60M, unlucky runner. (Lost left front plate)
5着CREATIVE UNION　　R Fourie

Raced midfield, settled 4Ls behind the leader 2 wide, could not find a day light until 200M, made some ground thereafter.
6着HIGH SPEED METRO　　T Angland

Eased at start, travelled 7Ls behind the leader on the fence, made some ground in straight.
7着BEAR ELITE　　K C Ng　　(B/TT-)

Hard ridden forward to obtain the box seat, hung on until 250M weakened.

Always at rear, settled 8Ls behind the leader 2 wide, never ran on.

Settled in front of midfield about 3Ls off the pace 2 wide, looked likely turning in, however made no impression after straightening. (Questioned for disappointing performance, see incident report)

Lacked early speed then taken back to the rear, trapped 3 wide without cover throughout, never in contention.

Ridden forward to settle 1L outside the leader, however faded sharply 200M.
