Checked early on in rear, 10Ls back in rear at halfway and still a long way back and widest turning for home, stayed on best to lead close home.

Close-up but 3-wide no cover until the 800 M, a neck down in 2nd on the circle and led 300 M out, grabbed by the winner inside the final 30 M.

Settled 9th or so about 8Ls off pace at halfway and only marginally closer turning in, ran on quite well close home for 3rd.

Prominent before easing back to 3-back on the rails position down back straight, 3Ls down in 5th off last turn, had every chance to place.

Held the "one-out-one-back" position from 1000 M to home turn about 2Ls off lead in 4th, 1L down in 3rd at 200 M and no excuse for not placing.

Soon led on fence, led by no more than 1L from 1400 M to final turn, headed 300 M out and tipped out of the money inside final 100 M.

Midfield about 7Ls behind in middle stages, pushed out 4-wide no cover on the circle and ran on fairly to be nearest at the finish.

Box-seated on rails in 4th at 1400 M, hung out at halfway, pressured and 3Ls down in 4th turning for home, very one-paced to conclude.

Went back from wide gate, 10Ls down in rear at halfway and a little closer into final 400 M, not much room inside final 100 M and not tested.

Never travelling well in rear, about 12Ls adrift at the 800 M, plodded on only fairly in the final 400 M and never nearer.

Always rearward, 9Ls back in 10th at halfway and similar entering home straight, remained in same position despite retrieving a little late ground.

Slowly away, niggled along in 8th when 7Ls down at halfway, one-paced and beaten before the 200 M.

Went back from wide gate, about 10Ls off pace at 800 M, 8Ls down off last bend, nearly fell when tight for room 100 M out, eased down afterwards.

Never going well, 4Ls back in 5th at 1000 M, about 5Ls down in 7th at the final bend, dropped out very tamely. (Questioned for poor performance.)
