Taken back from a high draw. 2-wide and trailed 7Ls from 1000 M. Peeled out on straightening and made a strong run inside final furlong. Won convincingly.

Raced within 4Ls of the pace on fence through to the home straight. No match with the winner's turn of foot but did well enough to figure in the quinella near the line.
3KINDACROSS  M Chadwick  (XB/TT)

Soon in the leading section on fence. Led out from 700 M. Hung on until the quinella pair finished off strongly closing stages.
4OCEAN TRANQUIL  W M Lai  (B)

Began well. Eased to occupy a prominent spot through to the home turn. Ran on well in the straight without posing serious threat to the front trio.
5HOLEY DOLLAR  W C Marwing  (XB/H)

Saddle shifted back on jumping. Raced 3-wide at rear through to the home turn. Swung widest and was 6Ls back on straightening. Kept making ground thereafter.

Trapped 3-wide behind midfield despite urged along after start. Improved gradually passing 600 M and was 3Ls down turning in. Ran on fairly well in the straight.

2-wide 5 to 6Ls behind the speed through to the home turn. Barely saw daylight in the straight until final 150 M. Made a steady run when clear. (Lame right front leg day after.)

Drifted back towards rear after start. Picked up top of the home straight but checked severely critical stages. Not in it thereafter.
