Restrained in 11th initially, headway on the circle to go 2Ls back in 3rd, led 200 M out, stayed on well but grabbed by winner inside final two bounds.

One from rear 8Ls behind leader at 1000 M, steady improvement to be 4Ls back in mid-division at top of home straight, stayed on well to get 3rd on line.
