Raced just worse than midfield away from rail before moving three wide at 750m & improving around runners to third position near 600m. Dashed well to move to lead at 250m before drawing away in final furlong to win strongly. |

Pushed forward to race second away from the rail. Moved up to share lead entering the last section, joined quickly by winner soon after straightening, fought on ok to hold second in final stages but was no match for winner. |
