Led easily 2Ls in front at 900 M. Held a 1L advantage making home turn. Pulled clear in the straight for a convincing win.
2MIGHTY SUN  H W Lai  (B1)

Amongst first to begin. Pushed early and obtained a forward spot outside the lead rounding the turn. Always held 2nd in the straight. Never posed serious threat to winner.
3SPEED FIGHTER  J Winks  (B)

Quickly into stride. Settled 2 to 3Ls back on rails. Pressed hard 500 M out. Never looked likely to catch the quinella pair but ran on for a minor placing with some comfort.
4TATTENHALL DELIGHT  B Doyle  (B)

Bumped at start. Took a spot worse than midfield 3-wide without cover. Improved on turn wide but couldn't follow through. Just held on for 4th by a narrow margin.
5FULL BLESSINGS  K L Chui  (TT)

Well enough away. Ridden to stay midfield on rails. Remained in similar position turning in. Made steady progress in the straight. Just missed out on 4th.
6JADE DANCER  M L Yeung

Began nicely. Sat 2-wide 2Ls behind the speed at 600 M. Kept one-paced in the straight and weakened final stages.
7GOLDEN BALL  Z Purton

Good jump. Moved to rails and urged to maintain a position worse than midfield at 800 M. Swung 4-wide turning for home. Made up some minor ground late.
8TREASURABLE  K C Leung  (B2)

Bounced upon jumping and lost ground. Raced 2-wide 7 to 8Ls off the pace at 800 M. Just held ground in the straight.
9MASTER GREEN  P H Lo  (V)

Began in line. Niggled along but failed to muster in the early stages. Settled 3-wide 7Ls back at 800 M. Shifted wider turning for home but failed to quicken in the straight.
10KIMBERLEY  D Whyte  (XB)

Moderate jump and soon trailed field. Ran past a few beaten runners.
11SHAXI BABY  M Nunes

Jumped fairly. Driven to a midfield spot 2-wide at 800 M. Pressured 600 M out but soon faded in the straight.

Always at rear. Struggled to keep up and made no impression in the straight. Never a factor.
