Settled 3-wide in a midfield spot 4-5Ls away, improved position 500M and within striking distance turning home, fought tenaciously under top weight, found extra late to get up near line.

Obtained a 3-wide spot ahead of midfield, crept forward along the 4-path home turn, took over top of straight then kicked nicely clear mid-straight, gave all only to be nailed on the line.
3PERFECT TEAM  A Badel  (H/P/TT)

Jumped on terms, reserved behind midfield 5Ls back, switched away from fence 650M, responded well to go 3rd with 200M to go, kept battling hard late but not getting to first two.
4WOODFIRE BRO  K C Leung  (TT)

Away cleanly, maintained a midfield position along the 2-path, came wide home turn, ran on mildly but couldn't quite crack the top three.
5AMAZING DUCK  M F Poon  (V-/CP2)

Jumped awkwardly, chased leaders and stayed within striking distance turning home, kept on mildly final 300M. Always held by leaders.

Not hurried early stages, settled down near last 6-7Ls away, saved ground on inside but was held up for clear running from 250-150M, had too much to make up final stages.

From wide draw rolled across behind runners, given a patient ride at the rear 8Ls away, worked home fairly final 300M and couldn't make any impact.

Jumped only fairly, settled in the second half of the field, held up making the home turn and fell back to the rear, ran home fairly over final 300M and was never a threat.

Away in line from draw 1, settled midfield 3Ls off leaders, held up behind weakening horses 350M-150M, had too much to make up when the race was nearly over.

Jumped fairly, ended up racing towards the rear 3-wide, swung widest on the home turn, couldn't go on passing 300M and failed to threaten at any stage.

Pressed forward from wide draw, vied lead along the 2-path from 1400M, struggled to keep up from 300M, soon dropped out of contention.
