Driven forward and led uncontested, skipped away inside 300M, soon opened up a big margin on the rest, eased towards the finish

Showed customary early speed to be tracking leader (eventual winner), no match for that rival passing 250M but fought hard to hold 2nd spot.
3SKY SONG  B Avdulla  (B1/TT1)

Away only fairly, recovered to race behind midfield, on straightening ran home evenly along the fence to claim a distant 3rd.
4OVERSUBSCRIBED  A Badel  (XB)

Jumped on terms, raced along the fence in a midfield position, kept trying final 300M but never going the pace to challenge the runaway winner.
5LEAN MASTER  H Bentley  (B/TT)

From wide draw pressed forward to be tracking the pace, close enough turning in but got home only fairly.
6KING INVINCIBLE  K C Leung  (B/TT)

Soon towards the rear, quietly ridden, 7Ls to make up 400M, made up some ground final 300M, not beaten far by the minor placegetters.

Jumped only fairly, soon outpaced and detached, had the job ahead top of the straight but only ran past beaten horses.

Bumped heavily on jumping, in midfield 5Ls off the pace, gave limited response final 300M. Never threatened.

Chased leaders, unbalanced 600M and lost ground, couldn't keep up 250M, dropped away.

Settled down 2-wide in midfield, couldn't go on from top of straight, weakened.
11SUPER FAST DRAGON  A Hamelin  (B/XB/TT)

From draw 10 caught wide early stages, towards the rear and didn't travel after taken wider by rival 550M, finished off the race in a disappointing manner. (Roarer.)
12UNIVERSAL BLAZE  K Teetan  (P1)

Maintained a position behind midfield, hung out across the heels of rival 550M and was severely checked, fell back to last and out of contention. (Racing manners unacceptable.)
