Settled wide in midfield, ridden forward from the 1000 metres to reach 6th some 3L back 3-wide rounding home bend, given reminders after straightening, quickened well inside 180 metres to hit the front passing the 50 metres.

2GREEN ENVY  J Moreira  (V/TT)

Began well, pulled his way forward to hit the front over 1000 metres out, ceded advantage on the rail 750 metres out, renewed effort to lead inside the 300 metres, unable to sustain effort and caught inside the 50 metres.

3MASTER HERO  K Teetan  (XB/TT)

Settled not far off in 5th on the rail, baulked for a run early in straight, obtained run 200 metres out, kept on same pace without quickening.

4SAM'S LOVE  R Maia  (B-/TT)

Taken back for inside run travelling in last few, saved ground on the rail turning in, baulked for a run early in straight, finished off the race well inside final 200 metres.

5DANDY YEARS  Z Purton  (B/TT)

Prominent early, steadied slightly backward to 7th just over 3L off the pace, baulked behind runners until the 220 metres, finished off the race well inside final 100 metres.

Soon dropped to last few travelling wide most of the way, made up good ground down the centre of home straight. (Jockey warned for not riding out.)

Broke well from a wide gate, led on the far side of back straight until slightly headed over 1000 metres out, re-gained narrow advantage 2-wide home bend, unable to sustain effort and headed inside final 300 metres.

Taken back to last from the widest gate, came under pressure at the 900 metres coming onto home bend, remained last into straight, ran past well-beaten horses in closing stages.

Crowded early and soon given reminders, recovered to be just worse than midfield in 11th after first 200 metres, gained closer to 8th under reminders on the rail rounding home bend, had no more to give inside final 200 metres.

Restrained to just worse than midfield travelling 3-wide most of the way, went wider into home straight, one-paced.
