Began awkwardly, held up in midfield along the fence, into clear 350M, quickened up to lead near 200M, kept going for solid win.

Chased the pace on jumping from draw 1, responded well entering straight, couldn't match winner's pace final 250M but finished well clear of the remainders.

Away well enough to be tracking leaders on settling, held up behind two weakening horses rounding home turn and early straight, got out 300M running on well to claim 3rd near line.

Restrained in midfield but caught 3-wide throughout the race, tried hard on straightening but couldn't get closer to first 2, lost 3rd near line.

Not hurried, dropped back to race in last, 7Ls to make up leaving the bend, made some ground at the finish without threatening.

Steadied early stages to obtain cover, held up at the rear 6Ls off the good pace, had to switch lane for clear passage inside 300M, stayed on without serious threat.

Failed to muster despite ridden, caught wide then eased back for cover 5-6Ls from leader, widest runner on straightening, made minor headway over final 300M.
