Began well, quickly moving into slipstream of leader. Blocked early in straight, got split 300m, rolled forward to join leader 150m, edging narrowly ahead final strides.

Outpaced, dropping to rear along fence. Stayed at rear before switching wide into straight. Boxed on one-paced.

Ridden early to hold forward position 3L from leader. Nursed along to hold position until passing 300m when gave ground gradually.

Ridden forward from an outside draw, settling one-out, one-back. Stayed with pacemakers until passing 200m when tired.

Allowed to stride forward at own pace while looking for cover, before slotting in three-back, one-off passing 1200m. Under pressure from 400m and weakened gradually.

Jumped OK, taken in for cover, settling in one-off position towards rear. Swung wide entering straight but found nothing under hard riding.

Outpaced and soon in last pair. Lay out approaching final turn but never in the hunt.

Pressed forward from wide draw to race outside hind quarters of leader. Looked a chance passing 300m when got the staggers and eased back through the field.
