Began awkwardly, steadied soon after start, scrubbed up inside horses to sit 2-back along fence. Peeled out 400m and ran home strongly to just get there.

Jumped well, sat behind leader along fence. Moved out slightly entering straight and ran on strongly but pipped on line.
3JAZZY FEELING  O Doleuze  (H/SR)

Not pushed early and settled behind midfield close to fence. Sneaked up inside horses turning for home and kept on well to the line.
4SNITZEL KID  W M Lai  (B)

Hard ridden from wide draw to take lead and cross over to rail at 1000m. Steadied pace back stretch, kicked clear 400m, kept on well before swamped final stages.
5GENUINE LEADER  Z Purton  (B)

Began well and travelled comfortably one-back one-off. Looked chance 200m but one-paced final. Substantial blood in trachea.

Jumped fairly and proved difficult to settle from 900m. Steadied 600m when close to heels. Taken wide into straight, kept on steadily.

Beaten for early pace and settled at rear. Still well back turning for home, taken to centre of track and finished off nicely.
