Taken back from outside draw but held 3-wide at rear. Peeled out widest into straight, picked up momentum gradually to be flying at finish.

Ridden to take up forward position but held 3-wide in fifth spot into turn. Shaken up 400m and ran on strongly to just miss.
3CAPTAIN SWEET  W C Marwing  (SW2)

Caught 4-wide without cover into first turn, lost position turning for home, then picked up speed making ground to the line.
4BULLISH CHAMPION  K C Leung  (H1/TT)

Ridden forward to grab box seat behind leader. Switched out 400m to make run but then forced to switch back in. Ran on well to be closest at finish.
5RICH TAPESTRY  O Doleuze  (B)

Taken forward from outside draw and held three wide into first turn. Picked up gradually entering straight but swamped close home.

Quickly into stride, taking clear lead before turn. Increased tempo turning for home and still in front with 100m to go when swamped.

Outpaced early and dropped to rear along fence. Came off fence entering straight and finished off strongly between horses.

Fractious in gate and lost ground at start. Improved between horses round turn, fanned out 400m and kept on steadily to the line.

Taken forward from wide draw to sit on hind quarters of leader. Looked a danger entering straight but unable to close gap.

Jumped well but bumped and unbalance entering turn, dropping to rear. Made ground in straight without looking dangerous.
11EL ZONDA  M Chadwick  (TT)

Ridden forward between horses but held in midfield to straight. Kept on steadily final 400m without looking a threat.
12SOLAR GREAT  D Whyte

No early speed and kept in midfield along fence. Under pressure from 600m to hold position, changed legs several times, and lay in under pressure 200m. Run unacceptable.
13FLYING COLOURS  C W Wong  (B/XB)

Began well and with leading pack to turn before dropping 3-back but away from fence. Under pressure from 400m and weakened quickly.
