Circle
I want to create a new circle.
You can create whatever new circle you wish via Circles. The person who creates a circle is then its administrator.

(1) Go to the top of the Circles page.
(2) Press the Create a New Circle button.
(3) Enter the required information on the Create Circle screen and then press the Preview button.
(4) Make sure the information is correct and then press the Create button.
(5) Your original circle is created. Let's increase the number of participating members and make circles fun!
