Commenced well, assumed the lead without being pressured to do so, kicked strongly 300M soon holding a commanding lead, kept finding late to maintain margin and score.

Jumped awkwardly, maintained a midfield position, held up 400-300M before coming up with a decent finish to claim a distant 2nd close home.

From draw 2 soon prominent, tracked leader into straight, tried hard but couldn't close the gap on leader, lay in final 100M and proved difficult to ride out to finish, lost 2nd near line.

From wide draw took up a forward position tracking the pace, fought gamely throughout the straight to miss a placing narrowly. No threat to runaway winner.

Restrained after the jump, behind midfield and raced keenly after 1000M, steadied 300M then shifted out to center of track for his challenge, finished with some effect and not beaten far by the minor placegetters.

Caught wide early, steadied to near last for cover, came wide on the corner then came with a weak finish. Never likely to feature.

From wide draw taken across behind runners to settle behind midfield, briefly held up near 400M but finished off only fairly after.

From wide draw dragged back to race at the rear, had nothing to give final 400M.

Jumped on terms, maintained a midfield spot 3-wide, no cover from 900M, found little on straightening.

In touch behind leading trio, lay out home turn and found no extra top of straight, weakened to last.
