Obtained lead soon after start. Was just under a length clear on straightening & continued on all the way to win by 2L.
2SCIENCE PATCH  S De Sousa  (B-/V1)

Raced in midfield away from the rail throughout. Entered last section just under 3L form the lead before closing off well & moving into second near the 100m.

3LUCKY ARCHANGEL  Y L Chung  (CP/XB)

Had a nice run on the leaders back for the majority. Couldn't go with the leader in the final furlong but fought on well to hold third.
4FUN N GLORY  Z Purton  (TT)

Raced outside the lead early before getting nice positon 1,1 from about the 900m. Moved up to second place near the 200m mark before just peaking in late stages.

5TURBO POWER  C Y Ho

Was left racing three deep without cover from 900m when just worse than midfield. Moved slightly closer around bend before straightening just under 4L from the lead before finishing off steadily to be beaten a similar margin.
6EASY SNIP  C L Chau

Raced in midfield between runners throughout. Drifted further back around bend, was 4.5L from lead when momentarily held up on straightening before getting clear & making up a length or so late when running onto midfield.
7REGENT GLORY  L Currie

Raced a touch wide early before improving position to race outside the leader from the 900m. Straightened just under a length from the lead before peaking passing 250m mark & weakening a few lengths to midfield.
8DOUBLE SHOW  L Hewitson  (B-/SR2/TT)

Got back after start before making some ground along the rail to race in midfield. Was 3L from lead on straightening before finishing off only one paced.
9JAZZ STEED  M L Yeung  (TT)

Drifted back after the start & raced second last along the rail early. Stayed along the inside on straightening when about 5L from the lead but made no headway & was beaten a similar margin on line.
10SWEET DIAMOND  K C Leung  (TT)

Didn't begin fast, steadied & taken behind runners to race rearward. Steadied away from heels 750m when slightly keen, straightened second last, 6L behind, had clear running but made no headway (Rider questioned, see report).
11MIGHTY STAR  A Hamelin  (B/H/TT)

Steadied shortly after the start & taken back to race three wide with cover near the tail. Had only two rivals behind on straightening when about 6L behind before making no headway.
12SHENZHOU TWELVE  V Borges

Began only fairly & shifted back to the tail. Shifted to be the widest on straightening but made no impression and was last.
