Began very awkwardly before improving position from outside barrier to lead. Enjoyed moderate early sections in front before finishing well to hold 0.75L advantage on line.

Raced three deep in midfield without cover before getting some cover momentarily near the 500m. Straightened around 2L from lead before closing well to improve to second approaching 100m, beaten under 1L on line.

Drifted back after start & raced just worse than midfield between runners. Shifted wider on straightening when around 3.5L behind before closing well in late stages to be beaten just over a length in third.

Steadied approaching first turn when racing close to heels before drifting back to third last near 800m when racing wide with cover. Cornered widest when improving before finishing well, beaten only 1.5L.

Began the fastest & held lead before being headed by winner near 1000m mark & crossed soon after. Continued on leaders back on straightening before maintaining 2L deficit all the way to line.

Checked at start & shifted behind runners to race at tail. Continued a clear last in middle stages, 7L behind at 800m. Shifted to be widest runner on straightening before closing well to be beaten only 2L in midfield.

Drifted back after first bend & relegated to second last near the 1000m. Continued near the tail approaching corner when 5L behind before shifting outwards to be second widest runner & making up a length or two to midfield.

Crowded start & consequently raced in second half when caught 4 wide without cover. Continued very wide before improving position to race outside leaders at 500m. Emptied near 200m, gave a length late after very tough run.

Raced outside lead early before being crossed & racing at the flanks of the new leader in middle stages. Dropped over a length behind on straightening before weakening out in final 250m to be beaten 5L.

Raced just behind leaders before racing keenly & being checked away from heels near the 1000m. Settled better near the 800m when racing 1,1. Hung inwards after straightening before weakening poorly in last 250m.
