Travelled keenly in 3L 4th mainly, gained closer along the rail to one back position 400 metres out, did not find much room after straightening, quickened under pressure inside final 200 metres to snatch victory near the line.

Settled just worse than midfield mainly 3-wide, came under pressure entering home straight, ran on to hold every chance inside the final 200 metres and pipped at post.

Ridden forward to settled just off the pace in 2nd on the rail, tracked the leader before improving to gain slender advantage into straight, kicked 1L clear under pressure 200 metres out only to be swamped close to home.

Stumbled at start losing ground, soon recovered to midfield in 7th on the rail, angled out for a run on straightening, ran on under pressure.
