Settled wide in rear of midfield, 4-wide into home straight, quickened well inside final 300 metres to take command close to home.

Pressed forward from a wide gate to lead crossing to the rail 800 metres out, went nearly 2L clear early in straight, tiring when outsprinted by winner and nearly caught for 2nd closing stages.

Jumped awkwardly from a wide gate sharing early pace, settled one back in 2nd 5-wide allowing race leader to cross for rails run, fought on steadily in straight without threatening.

Moderate start from a wide gate, soon dropped to last few, 3-wide rounding home bend and into home straight, ran on quite well without threatening.

Travelled mainly 3-wide in midfield despite ridden early, made headway rounding home bend to reach 4th just over 2L off the pace, kept on without quickening under pressure after straightening.

Ridden from the start but soon dropped to rear of midfield wide without cover, improved rounding home bend to join the leaders briefly over 450 metres out, soon found no extra.

Taken back to last from the widest gate but remained 4 wide throughout, kept on well to the line. (Jockey warned for insufficient vigour in home straight)

Stumbled at start, quickly settled in midfield on the rail, drifted steadily backward rounding home bend, towards rear into home straight, made no further impression.

Soon dropped to last few despite niggling along, carried backward to the last coming onto home bend, trailed the field into home straight and awkwardly placed behind runner 250 metres out, made no further impression.

Jumped fairly niggling along in 3rd just over 2L off the pace, drifted steadily backward along the rail rounding home bend, made no impression in the straight.

12MR WEALTH  Z Purton  (H/P)

Soon recovered from a moderate start to 6th in midfield, similar into home straight, folded up quickly. (Bled) (Lame next day)
