Settled in last few and waited with, switched out for a run entering home straight, quickened well to take charge over 100 metres out.

Taken back from a wide gate settling over 3L back in 5th off the rail, came to challenge under pressure after straightening, ran on steadily but not able to match pace of the winner.

Taken well back from the widest gate, commenced move 3-wide turning for home, ran on under pressure to grab 3rd over 100 metres out.

Disputed lead, gained narrow advantage briefly early in straight, unable to sustain effort and overhauled inside the final 200 metres.
